Unexpected delights by the pool

The pool area was clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant retreat during the hot days. Staff were always eager to help, and the evening entertainment was engaging.

My experience was overshadowed by the air conditioning which simply didn't work in our room. Despite reporting the issue multiple times, no solution was provided, leaving us to suffer through uncomfortable nights. we encountered noise disturbances from other guests that impacted our tranquility during our stay.

The panoramic sea view from the 6th-floor room was breathtaking, making mornings special. The local meats served at breakfast added a delightful touch, but the buffet felt chaotic and crowded. The entertainment, while varied, didn’t appeal to everyone. Proximity to several beautiful beaches made it worthwhile, but a steep walk back to the hotel posed a challenge.

the elevators are a joke, so small I could hardly breathe. the so-called entertainment was just an old singer echoing through the walls. I expected a complimentary upgrade or at least a welcome gift for my hardships but nothing, just mediocre service. I almost wanted to give a good review, but who am I kidding?

Perfect family getaway!

Had an amazing stay with my kiddos! The snack bar by the pool was a lifesaver for quick bites, and the staff were so thoughtful, always keeping our drinks topped up. The kids loved the evening bingo games. One thing tho, the reception staff could be a bit brusque with requests, which was kinda off-putting.

Great buffet breakfast and spacious room, but the road noise was annoying.
